Whether it’s an emergency or just for general safety and convenience, the Titan Water Valve Actuator offers an easy approach to smart home solutions. When connected to your Z-Wave hub, you can wirelessly and manually control your water valve from any mobile device.
There’s even potential for advanced home automation, which means more protection. Link up this valve actuator with other Z-Wave devices, like a flood sensor, and the valve will automatically close when water is detected. Or simply attach the included wired offline detection probe for local monitoring even when the hub isn't available.
The built-in Z-Wave signal repeater extends and strengthens the range of your Z-Wave network, ensuring fast and reliable connections thank to its 700 series chip technology.

It’s smaller than what the photos lead you to expect but oh so mighty. Fit perfectly so no modifications or adjustment needed. Installation was quick Included leak sensor is a bonus.. I’ll be buying another soon.
The titan water valve actuator is a powerful operator that has no problem operating my valve.
The addition of a leak sensor makes reliable protection easy and local to the valve so I don't have to worry about my home automation closing the valve if I have a leak.
Setup was easy and pairing with my Hubitat hub is quick.
Setting the operator's swing was perfect and automatic as well.
Great item for my main water valve!
The Titan Water Valve Actuator ZAC36 LR was incredibly easy to install and worked perfectly with my existing plumbing. Pairing it with my SmartThings ecosystem was seamless, and I was able to quickly set up automations to automatically shut off the water when any of my leak sensors detect moisture. This added a great layer of protection and peace of mind for my home. The device has been reliable and responsive, and everything works exactly as advertised. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to add smart water shutoff protection to their home.
Easy to self-install (though the movable "feet" were quite stiff to move and either wouldn't move at all or ended up flying off after applying more force). Instructions could be clearer and seem to be piecemeal and not easy to find - one leaflet explaining everything would be great (such as, for instance, how to undo a botched calibration and start again). The devices itself seems to work well, and I hope in the long term can apply sufficient torque to turn valves that may have become stiff. Was easy to pair with the Ring alarm system, and the sensor seems to be sufficiently sensitive. The sensor wire could be longer, however.
This water valve operates much better than the prior one I had, which used to really struggle to turn the valve until it died completely. This one seems to handle it easily and has worked flawlessly for almost 2 years now.
