Easy installation

I hoped the installation would go smooth and it did. I needed to install a spacer block of wood to move the water valve away from the floor joint in my case but the rest of the install went good. The kit contains a water sensor that plugs into the actuator so now I can monitor the crawlspace under the house without changing a battery in a wireless sensor. This unit is connected to Home Assistant for monitoring and control.

All Items in Kit Work Well, Integrates Well with Z-Box. Nice Bundle

The Valve Actuator (ZAC36) installed easily, calibrated well, and works via the Z-Box app or Button on the device. The plumbing valve is pretty old, and the calibration took a little longer than in the online videos. The valve is pretty stiff and the actuator works a little to move it.

I like the leak detector attachment too. It provides a non-battery powered leak detector...one less battery to replace every now and then. The ZSE42 sensors are also nice. I like the 'rubbery' finish of the outer case.

All in all, the kit is great. It is nice to have a little more peace of mind should a leak occur, being able to catch it quickly.

Essential kit for homeowners peace of mind

This kit was pretty easy to set up and is well worth the price for the peace of mind it offers. I had to file away some of the plastic spacer that connects to the valve to make it fit, but other than that smooth sailing

The zooZ Titan Value Actuator (ZSC36) is an excellent gadget that I think every home must have to avoid accidental flooding from the plumbing system. Please make sure you meet all the requirements or is prepared to modify your existing system before buying it. It works well, and as intended. I connected mine to Ring. Because I don't have a Z-wave hub I couldn't use the sensors (ZSE42), but I will use them in the near future as I have decided to use more Z-wave items in my house.

Flood prevention kit works very well

Easy setup and now controls my main water valve. The only hiccup was with the water sensors and hence the 4 instead of 5 stars. For some reason they added themselves multiple times to my z-wave dongle. Changing to newer batteries solved that issue, though I needed to factory reset the dongle to remove the repeat appearances.
