INSTALLATION

I was forced to buy this hub after Samsung stopped supporting my hub. This hub is so much faster, nicer, and supports Wi-Fi. I waited a couple of years to write a review to make sure that it was going to be solid, and it has been so far.

Piece of crap
I was forced to upgrade my hub as Samsung quit supporting my hub that I had for over 4 years. This p.o.s.fried after only 4 months of use. Almost caught fire. So after adding everything to this worthless hub only a few months ago now I have to do it again. I know things go wrong but this piece of **** has caused me to move away from smartthings and Samsung altogether. 4 months. LOL. Oh and aeotec wouldn’t even do the warranty they forced me back to this store to do it.

Excellent Hub!
My order arrived quickly and I just got the hub set up today. In the past I've used a Wink Hub and a Hubitat and I like this one better than either of those so far. It's has the user friendliness of the Wink (before they went under), but with the features of the Hubitat. I may buy a 2nd for another property.
