Check your wiring first to confirm that you have all the following wires present in your gang box: load (most often black), line (most often black), neutral (most often white), and ground (most often green).
If you are not comfortable identifying the wiring and following the instructions, please hire a licensed electrician.

Here are some helpful wiring tips:
How to include the Zooz On / Off switch to your smart home network?
1. Bring your Z-Wave gateway hub or controller as close to the switch as possible
2. Put your Z-Wave controller in inclusion/pairing mode
3. Tap the upper paddle of the switch 3 times quickly to finalize the inclusion process
4. A new on/off switch should appear on your controller's device list
NOTE: Use a dedicated diagram from the manual to wire the switch in a 3-way setting with a regular electrical switch if you are looking to control one light with 2 or 3 switches.
I tested out a few of these before commiting to adding them everywhere in my house. They work really well. I have them in single pole, 3 way and 4 way switch configurations.
The wiring diagrams and instructions were great as all my houses wiring fell under the common cases.
Integration to z-wave network and home assistant were straightforward, however, configuration (using the advanced parameters found in another document on their website) was the trickiest part to get right but it's a one time setup and is the same config for each switch in my case.
Bought 4 Zooz switches (Zen71 & Zen72) which worked great in my first place. Just moved and I'll be buying 4 more!
Simple on off switch that is yet another high quality Zooz product. I am using to control a smart bulb, and so far does the well. My only feedback would be for this switch to have a bypass tab on the front. Would certainly buy again if needed.
Big fan of all the Zooz switches, they simply work and integrate easily into Home Assistant. Just installed two of these and they work perfectly.
I have over 20 WiFi enabled switches. Most of those require an accessory switch in a 3-way setup and lack 4-way support. These Zen71 and Zen77 switches have easily followed instructions in multiple 4-way configurations with regular "dumb" switches. They easily integrate into home assistant and don't clog my WiFi client list..
