Check your wiring first to confirm that you have all the following wires present in your gang box: load (most often black), line (most often black), neutral (most often white), and ground (most often green).
If you are not comfortable identifying the wiring and following the instructions, please hire a licensed electrician.

Here are some helpful wiring tips:
How to include the Zooz On / Off switch to your smart home network?
1. Bring your Z-Wave gateway hub or controller as close to the switch as possible
2. Put your Z-Wave controller in inclusion/pairing mode
3. Tap the upper paddle of the switch 3 times quickly to finalize the inclusion process
4. A new on/off switch should appear on your controller's device list
NOTE: Use a dedicated diagram from the manual to wire the switch in a 3-way setting with a regular electrical switch if you are looking to control one light with 2 or 3 switches.
These work great in smart bulb mode. They allow control of the light, but can also (via programming on my hub) be used to change bulb colors. Their flexibility is limited by your creativity!
These switches ended up being a solid option for my home automation setup (using Smartthings). I really like the advanced options (scenes, double-tap, triple-tap, etc.) which makes these just as powerful as the more pricer Inovelli switch. My only negative is the paddle switch is bit flimsy when turning on/off; I'm used to switches that a more tight / deliberate paddle.
Couldn’t be simpler to add to a hub. Works right out of the box with minimum effort. Thanks for making it easy.
These switches work great, I have been using them for years without a single problem.
I have several of these installed now and I am very happy with their performance so far. Integration into Home Assistant (running on a mini PC with a Z-wave USB stick) was simple and the switches are responsive with no perceivable lag even when controlled though the HA app.
The toggle action feels superior to my other name brand switches that cost twice as much, and their overall functionality is better as well. Very happy overall with the value of these switches.
