Before installing, make sure the load does not exceed 500W for incandescent lights or 150W for LED's. Check your wiring first to confirm that you have all the following wires present in your gang box: load (most often black), line (most often black), neutral (most often white), and ground (most often green).
If you are not comfortable identifying the wiring and following the instructions, please hire a licensed electrician.

Here are some helpful wiring tips:
How to include the Dimmer & Scene Controller switch to your smart home network?
1. Bring your Z-Wave hub or controller as close to the switch as possible
2. Put your hub in inclusion/pairing mode
3. Tap the main button 3 times quickly to finalize the inclusion process
4. A new dimmer and scene controller should appear on your controller's device list
NOTE: Use a dedicated diagram from the manual to wire the switch in a 3-way setting with a regular electrical switch if you are looking to control one light with 2 or 3 switches.
ive started building my Home Assistant smart home and have found these switches to be amazing. i have 5 currently for 3 months now with 2 more on the way. They have been nothing but the best from the options, customizations, ease of use, and just great aesthetics.
I am building a new house and the smart backbone is a Hubitat hub. The Zen35 has some novel uses in my plans. I will install 4 of them at key locations and use all five buttons for various scene tasks across about 25 Zooz and Honeywell devices. Another cool app for the 35 is as a push button controller for 4 zwave motor zebra shades. Two 35 units are my wall mounted manual individual up down as well as calling for specific actions for all four shades. Hubitat integration works very well. All features of 35 are accessible in the PC interface.
High quality switch, the color control & dimmer control of the leds on the switch is anice touch. Works well with home assistant
Excellent dimmer, this is the second one I have bought, I am thinking of replacing the other switches with this model
I've recently converted from Insteon to Z-Wave and found Zooz devices recommended on a user forum. Downloaded the app to a Homey Pro and am finding this tech easier to use that insteon and UDI's controller.
