Please follow the manual carefully and refer to the supplied diagrams when installing your Zooz switches. It's recommended that a licensed electrician performs the installation.
Check for neutral connections BEFORE you buy. A white wire from a 14-3 romex is usually NOT a neutral. Ask us if you're not sure what to look for, we'll be happy to help!

How to include the 800 Series S2 Dimmer to your smart home hub?
1. Make sure the dimmer is located within range of your Z-Wave network
2. Put your Z-Wave controller in inclusion/pairing mode
3. Tap the upper paddle of the dimmer 3 times quickly to finalize the inclusion process
4. A new dimmer switch will appear on your controller's device list
NOTE: Follow an appropriate diagram from the manual to wire the dimmer in a 3-way or 4-way setting with a regular on/off electrical switch if you are looking to control one light with 2 or 3 switches. If you can't match your wiring with any of the diagrams, let us know and we'll walk you through the wiring process.
Great!
Love the ZEN77 switches! I got them hooked into Home Assistant with no problem, and when my inexperience with Home Assistant reared its head, Zooz support was right there to help me along. Everything works exactly as intended, dimming, scenes, automations, the multi-press option, LED color, and a ton more features exposed to Home Assistant. It's so much more reliable than my Wifi switches and is almost infinitely customizable. I love the explicit ability to only buy ONE switch to handle 3 and 4-way circuits. Just took a minute to find which box had the line. (One tip, a good starting point for 3/4-way installs is to find the switch closest to your breaker panel. It's likely that the electrician wanted to use the least wire possible, so very likely that the constant power is closest to the panel!) I'll be getting more of these in the future as I build out our smart home!
I like the light we bought. It seems to have almost every feature we want, and has worked just fine since we got it. The only thing I wish it had was a way to physically dim/brighten it while the light is off. It would be really nice being able dim a light before turning it on at 5am, then set it back to normal after it's off, all on the switch itself. Our old smart switches in our previous house had a bar you could touch/swipe, but unfortunately I can't seem to find any z-wave switches with this feature.
For the cost, though, this seems really good and we will be buying many more now that we know it works.
Have been using these on most of the switches in my house since February. Totally reliable and working as expected. Just enough configuration to be flexible for a couple of odd cases I have and the led brightness control met with approval from my partner. Highly recommend.
I was a little skeptical when i saw that this switch could work with older 'dumb' switches in a 3 way config. I can confirm that it works great! There is a little relay within the dimmer that will 'click' softly when the dumb switch is flipped, so this switch is not 100% silent, which was ok with me.
