2. Put your Z-Wave hub in inclusion/pairing mode
3. Tap the upper paddle of the Remote Switch 6 times quickly to finalize the inclusion process (or scan the QR code / enter the 4-digit DSK number printed on the back of the remote if using the new SmartStart method)

I was happy to find this product. I had a 3-way circuit where the standard dumb remote switch was in a useless place. I bypassed the standard 3-way remote and replaced it in the 3-gang box with the ZEN34. What a great upgrade! Now I am controlling lights that make sense for the switch's location, running routines and controlling Kincmo Matter window shades too. And, if I want to, I can take the ZEN34 with me to use wherever I want to in the house.
Niche product that fits my use case perfectly: Controlling my home theater lights. Securely attaches to the wall when I'm not using it, and easily portable when I am.
Have always received great customer service (installation help and warranty) and my Zooz products are some of the most reliable and easy to use of my Z-wave network.
Works great - easy to connect, able to configure multiple triggers (one press, two presses, up/down, etc.). Exactly as described. No comment on battery; haven't had it long enough.
I have 4 of these using my connected to hubitat and smartthings. Works as it should.
