Check your wiring first to confirm that you have all the following wires present in your gang box: load (most often black), line (most often black), neutral (most often white), and ground (most often green).
If you are not comfortable identifying the wiring and following the instructions, please hire a licensed electrician.

Here are some helpful wiring tips:
How to include the Zooz Heavy Duty switch to your smart home network?
1. Bring your Z-Wave gateway hub or controller as close to the switch as possible
2. Put your Z-Wave controller in inclusion/pairing mode
3. Scan the SmartStart QR code on the front metal plate of the switch or tap the upper paddle of the switch 3 times quickly to finalize the inclusion process manually
4. A new on/off switch should appear on your controller's device list
NOTE: Use a dedicated diagram from the manual to wire the switch in a 3-way setting with a regular electrical switch if you are looking to control one light with 2 or 3 switches.
I needed a remote control capable switch for the bedroom and it works fine for that but I do find it awkward activating the paddle switch when entering the room. My muscle memory wants to flip a more standard plastic toggle as I am entering the room and not push back away after I pass the doorway. I will end up getting a toggle style switch and use this one somewhere else.
Supports the latest standards and works very well and reliably. My Leviton Z-wave switches had all sorts of reliability problems and these don't.
It does what it's supposed to, and I appreciate its higher current rating, but there are 2 things I don't love. First, I don't love the pigtail design instead of the quick connect terminals, which when combined with the slighter deeper build than the other ZEN on/off switches (1.3 vs 1.16) can make for a tighter fit within the box. Second, it's a bummer that the paddles are a different design than the rest of the ZEN on/off switches, and no color paddles are available.
Perfect Switch for an inverter driven LED Fixtures.
It was a squeeze getting them into some of the boxes, but they all paired quickly and are working perfectly with home assistant.
