I use ZSE41 to track the status on my mailbox. When the postman opens it, I am sent a notice saying that I've got mail. I have the same set up for my package box. It worked great for almost a year before the postman or I accidentally knocked the cover off the base unit and it could not be found. I was looking at either having to buy a new sensor or figuring out how to buy just a cover. That is what I came across this, for the price it was well worth a shot and, it worked great. I put the cover lists ZSE41 inside the case and stuck it back on the inside of the mailbox. No problems with it working and working fast. A great solution if you are presented with such a problem.

The ZSE41 is working great to announce my mailbox was opened and this case will protect it against weather.
It is small and attractive and very easy to set up. I am using it with a weatherproof case as a gate sensor and it connected quickly and easily to my Home Assistant.
This case has proven itself to hold up through AZ temperatures and monsoon season. 5 stars.
