If your country appears on the dropdown list under Country/Region in the Shipping address section at Checkout, it means that we're able to ship to this country. Our free shipping offer applies to U.S. orders only.
Unfortunately, we no longer ship to Canada due to increased operational and shipping costs associated with the service. Most items we sell are available on Amazon.ca or directly from Home Tech Solution, our partner in Canada.
If you choose to use a forwarding service instead or purchase from our store while on vacation in the U.S., please note that any returns or replacements will be handled as domestic orders only. We do not cover any shipping costs to or from Canada.
Yes, you can include any item that shows as in-stock in your order but please remember that different regions around the world use different Z-Wave frequencies. Always double check that you're purchasing a product in the same Z-Wave frequency as your other devices and your hub. Not sure which frequency your hub is on? Please check with your service provider first.

The international shipping fee includes transit costs only and additional custom fees or local taxes may apply. These extra fees are NOT included in the shipping cost and you will be responsible to cover any import taxes upon delivery. Please note: return shipping costs are not included for international orders even if you need to return a defective item. We do cover replacement shipping for a defective product.
